Introduction/Connection:

Class Discussion: Class Discussion: What makes a good reader? Which do you prefer (Fiction, or Nonfiction)? Why is it harder to read nonfiction?


DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

Go over how to sign in to www.readtheory.org

Model how to input scores into google forms.
Work Period (We Do, You Do)
Students learning by doing/demonstrating learning expectations. Describe the instructional process that will be used to engage the students in the work period.

GUIDED PRACTICE:

Walk to the computer lab. Learn to sign in and take the pre-assessment.
