Learning Target: I will create, solve, and graph algebraic inequalities.

Success Criteria:

·         I can graph an inequality on the number line.

o   I can determine whether to use an open or closed circle when graphing an inequality.

o   I can determine whether to shade left or right when graphing an inequality.

Pirate Prep Warm Up

Instructional Strategies:

• Opening (I do): Complete Notes & Video.
• Work Session (We do-You do): We will complete a couple examples together as a class.
• Closing (We check): Students will finish the worksheet on graphing inequalities.

Differentiation Strategies: Scaffolding throughout lesson and applications will be provided for rigor. Students will work with pairs at some points throughout the assignment.

Formative/Summative Assessment(s) (We check): Exit Check/Ticket.
