MGSE9-12.A.CED.2 Algebra 1 Standards –     Identifying Exponential Functions based on tables, equations, and graphs. Writing, Graphing and Evaluating Exponential Functions.

Learning Target:

·         I will recognize and evaluate all types of exponential functions.

Success Criteria:

·         I can recognize an exponential function by a curve on a graph.

·         I can identify exponential equations based on a power of “x”.

·         I can evaluate exponential functions.

·         I can identify exponential tables based on a repeating multiplication pattern. 

Introduction/Connection: 

Pirate Prep

We will verbally review major concepts of exponential functions.
