Parents please help your students to arrive at school on time and encourage them to make it to all their classes on time. Tardies impede their learning and disrupt classroom instruction. Students do receive consequences for accumulated tardies. We appreciate your help with this issue.

BETA kick off for current members will be Monday after school in the cafeteria until 4:15.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes, also known as FCA, will meet every Tuesday from 7:30am -8:00am in room 1506. We will be serving Chick-fil-A biscuits to the first 20 students who arrive. Please see Ms. Holcombe for more information.

Future Business Leaders of America, also known as FBLA, will be taking dues. They are $20 and can be paid to Ms. Van Atta in room 2414. If you would like to pay for dues through fundraising, please see an FBLA advisor for more information.

Starting August 30th through the month of September, the Model UN team will begin selling Little Caesars pizza kits online that will be shipped directly to your home. Please see a Model UN team member or Mary Adamson's webpage if interested in purchasing

Any boys interested in playing soccer please attend an important meeting Wednesday, August 30th in Coach Sturm's room 2502 after school.

There will be a Parent Information Night for all parents of all students on Thursday, September 7th, at 5:30 in the BHS Auditorium.

Students must purchase a parking pass to park on campus. Please see Mrs.Dillivan, in Mr. Lanham’s office. Students need the form signed by the parent, proof of insurance and $20 cash.

Homecoming Theme Days have been released, and they can be found on the BHS Kiosks. Homecoming Week will be Monday, September 11th through Friday, September 15th culminating with the HOCO Dance on Saturday, September 16th from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The Homecoming Parade will be on Thursday, September 14th along Altama from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
All dance tickets and T-shirts will be sold prior to the dance, and no dance tickets may be purchased at the football game or the night of the dance. Tickets are $5 for Platinum Seniors, $7 for all other BHS students, and $10 for guests with a filled out guest form (found under Parents tab on BHS Home Page under Forms). Forms must be completed prior to purchase of a dance ticket. No dance ticket = no entry into the dance!!
T-shirts run S-2X. S-XL are $16 for one or $30 for two. 2X shirts are $18 for one or $35 for two. All dance tickets and T-shirts must be purchased with CASH, no checks or debit cards.

The School Store will be open to the public and students starting Tuesday, September 5th. The hours will be as follows: before school everyday from 7:45-8:05 am and after school on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:30-3:50 pm. The School Store right now is CASH ONLY and does not take any other form of payment.
