The class will begin with the instructor passing out clippings from Hamlet, a play by Shakespeare. Students will attempt to reassemble the dialog in a logical order. Groups will share their attempts in a read aloud.
The instructor will then reveal the true order of the scene with another handout. This handout will also introduce the logical definitions of less familiar words and aid students in translating the overall dialog in the scene.
