Learning Target: I will be prepared for the Unit 1 test. Success Criteria: I can define citizenship I can define and give examples of civic duty I can list and describe the different forms of government I can compare and contrast representative and direct democracies I can explain the impact that enlightenment philosophers had on the development of the U.S. government and the Declaration of Independence, I can define social contract, I can define triangular trade and mercantilism, and how these eventually led to salutary neglect of the colonies, I can explain how salutary neglect led to the development of the government in the colonies, I can explain how the French and Indian war led to the end of salutary neglect, I can explain how the end of salutary neglect led to rebellion in the colonies.
