Senior Picture Makeups & Underclassmen Picture Day

BPI WILL BE AT BHS SEPTEMBER 19TH FOR UNDERCLASSMEN PORTRAITS. YOU MAY TAKE YOUR FORMAL PICTURE AND CAP AND GOWN AT THIS TIME. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SELECTION OF BACKGROUNDS IN ADDITION TO THE FORMAL AND CAP AND GOWN BPI WILL BE AT THE BHS CAFETERIA FROM 9AM TO 3PM SEPTEMBER 20TH. A SESSION SCHEDULE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO MISSED THE FIRST ROUND OF SENIOR PICTURE DAYS. ONCE I GET THE SCHEDULE I WILL POST IN THE SENIOR GOOGLE CLASSROOM. DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS TO MS. WESTCOTT AT PAMELA.WESTCOTT@GLYNN.K12.GA.US. Instructions for Picture Day: Underclassmen pictures will be in the multipurpose room (room above the gym) Friday September 19th. Please send students in the following order: 9th grade Last name A-G 8:30-9:00 am H-P 9:30-10:00 am Q-Z 10:30-11:00 10th grade Last name A—G 11:30-12:00 H-P 12:30-1:00 Q-Z 1:00-1:30 11th grade Last name A-G 1:30-1:45 H-P 1:50-2:20 Q-Z 2:30-3:00 SENIORS MAY COME ANYTIME FOR MAKE-UP PICTURES. THEY MAY ALSO COME TO THE SATURDAY SESSIONS SEPTEMBER 20th 9 am-3pm Any student who is not on campus during this assigned time may come at lunch. They should be gone no longer than 15 minutes (remind students that skipping class is a write up). Passes will be provided for the event, the student name and time they left your room should be provided. I will return the pass with the time they left the event. Staff please plan to have your picture taken as well during planning or lunch. Yellow passes for 9th grade, blue passes for 10th grade and pink passes for 11th grade. Please review the times and direct any questions to me prior to Friday.
